There are different degrees of oxidation on the surface of single wire drawn by wire drawing machine. This problem may arise for the following reasons:
The temperature of cooling water in the sealed chamber is too high, exceeding 40℃, so that the sealed chamber cannot perform the required cooling effect on the single filament. As a result, the temperature of the single filament is still very high after annealing, and it encounters oxygen in the air and oxidizes under high temperature.
. Insufficient saponification liquid content of the cooling fluid in the sealed chamber will increase the friction force between the single wire and each regulating wheel, which will further increase the temperature of the single wire again and cause the surface oxidation of the single wire.
The water pressure and water volume of the cooling water in the sealed chamber are insufficient, so that the single filament cannot achieve satisfactory cooling effect.
Solution: Frequently check whether the equipment of cooling circulating water operates normally and whether the cooling effect is normal; Add substances that can improve saponification liquid concentration in the sealed chamber for a certain period of time, so as to change the content of saponification liquid in the cooling water and ensure the normal operation of the single filament on the regulating wheel. Check regularly whether the water pressure of circulating water is normal, and change the pressure and water amount of cooling water entering the sealed chamber constantly according to the change of water pressure during production.
